Talk on Independent India: Past 75 Years

On September 25, Reders’ forum in connection with AzadiKa Amrit Mahotsav organized a talk on Independent India:Past 75 years. The talk session started at 9:30 am in the main conference hall.  The gathering was welcomed by Smt. Amina Rahana M Ashraf, Readers' Forum Convener. It was presided by honorable Principal, Dr. Ajims P Muhamed. Felicitations were by Sri. Abdul Jamal K M, College Librarian, Sri. Sharafudheen C M, HoD, Department of Arabic (Readers' Forum Coordinators) and Sri. Abdul Gafoor, Asst. Prof. B Voc Logistics. The chief guest was the reputed Historian and Chairman of Mappila Kala Academy, Dr Hussain Randathani, who shared his thoughts on the above topic and answered various queries of all the enthusiastic students.The talk encouraged us to think about or forgotten history and to recognize the real heroes behind the struggle for freedom. The program was then lit up by the very harmonious performance by the members of Readers' Forum  who presented a multilingual patriotic song .The melody was praised by the Principal, Ajims P Muhammed and other staff coordinators who were present at the session. The vote of thanks was delivered by Henza Hashim of S5 BA English. The gathering was dispersed with National Anthem.
